Create Europe in … (Portugal)

This animated project served as a promotional tool to encourage and foster levels of cooperation among organisations/networks associated with the EU in the regions of Europe where they are located. The aim of the videos was to present the project and how it works to the public in a simple, fun and approachable manner. The videos needed to be short, animated, and fall within a designated budget. We came up with pre-designed animated characters and backgrounds that could easily be modified to fit the different countries and regions in Europe.
